Professional headshots are vital for a company and team as they connect with the community and their audience. The confidence it brings is my favorite part. When you see yourself in a beautiful, confident, and poised way it boosts your confidence!
THE TEAM
I have to brag about my church, it’s amazing. Why? The people that attend (the real church… not the building) and the team that leads us. I photographed over 10 employees for their new website staff page. The majority of the staff were nervous. I heard everything from, “I am too old” “make my freckles and wrinkles fade” and my favorite ” I don’t like my photo taken” … y’all – If I had a $1 for every time I heard that.
I want to bring quiet confidence and reassurance. Team invest to have their staff captured well. The goal is to capture people in a flattering way quickly and deliver the images soon so we make it quick and simple.
THE GOAL
I captured each employee with 3 pose options for them to select and did a more extensive session for the two executive pastors – Jamie and Drew. Blogging, social media, newsletters, and website articles are important ways they communicate with the community. These images give a personal touch and face behind the message.
Personally, when Drew writes his first book and Jamie launches an amazing coaching program – I hope I shoot their headshots. They are amazing individuals and friends.
