I have a love for all things Southern and a knack for making my clients feel like family. My journey into photography started in college, and what began as a part-time passion blossomed into a full-time dream after I became a mom in 2019. I’ve been blessed to have my work featured in brands like Kleinfeld and Martha Stewart Weddings, but what really fuels me is the joy of capturing life’s most meaningful moments for amazing people like you.

My day-to-day is a whirlwind of family, faith, and creativity. I’m an early riser who loves to start the day with quiet time in my garden or journaling my thoughts. I believe in the power of connection, which is why I’m dedicated to creating a personalized experience for each of my clients. Whether it’s helping a bride feel calm on her wedding day or making sure a family session feels fun and relaxed, I’m here to make sure your photography experience is nothing short of wonderful.

we knew leigh would be the best part of our wedding day team!

From the day my husband and I had our video chat with Leigh we knew she would be the best part of our wedding day team! We booked them shortly after and it was by far one of the best decisions we made. During our first video chat I explained that I come from a very large and complicated family dynamic. Leigh and Peter made me feel like it was completely normal to have three sets of parents. During the whole wedding process Leigh answered any questions I had; not only about photography but about all the little wedding details too. She was very responsive with emails in a timely and professional matter. Since being married she has photographed our maternity session and newborn portraits as our family grows.

The Makarios Fund

Empowering the Next Generation and Making a Difference Through Education

The Makarios Fund provides educational assistance for impoverished and marginalized children, teens, and young adults in India. The Makarios Fund was created out of a deep desire to give back after we adopted our oldest daughter from India in 2019. By providing scholarships and assistance, we believe education can empower the next generation to break the cycles of poverty and reach their potential. We deeply believe education can equip and empower the next generation to break the cycles of poverty and reach their potential to change the world.

A small donation is made toward The Makarios Fund from every client session and wedding. Since the beginning of the fund in 2020, we have helped over 100 children and have seen many young adults graduate from University with our assistance. Many of the grant recipients were not attending school due to financial limitations.
