Mike and Courtney are extra special to us because Mike was in our wedding. Peter and Mike have been friends since birth because their parents are friends. They grew up at church together and in the same band. I have yet to see some cool throwback pics, hopefully, I will someday! We couldn’t be more excited for this beautiful couple AND to be their photographers :).
Their love story began in Philadelphia at Temple University so it was the perfect town to do their session in. There was only one problem…the forecast. With our cram-jam schedules, it’s hard to change plans to Phill on the fly. We took the whole day off to do some site seeing in Philly, do their session, then have dinner with them! When we arrived it was great weather, then a storm rolled in. We sat in the car at this park for 30 mins and it flooded (not kidding). By God’s grace, the water receded and the sun came out, I couldn’t believe it!! So all the light you see is seriously the “sunshine after the rain”, thanks 98′ for the reminder HA!

- I just loved these huge willow trees. This park was a little gem in the middle of the city!

- we were out onto the rocks and it was so pretty. I honestly didn’t feel like I was in Philly. So lush and green.
