Wedding planning can be super stressful and overwhelming, well imagine being a wedding guest at hundreds of weddings and then YOU have to plan your wedding. Well, for every professional wedding coordinator this is their reality. Even though it can feel intimidating, it’s amazing because you know the best vendors and have tons of creativity. WOW did Nichole create a stunning and love-filled wedding!
Nichole is the lead planning at The Stone Mill Inn and one of my favorite wedding pros. When she and Dan started planning their wedding they did an amazing job of creating a wedding they would love and resisting comparing to anyone else’s weddings (or hundreds of her brides).
The ironic thing is she chose The Mill to host her wedding and it gorgeous. Nichole is a firecracker of a lady and had a bright, bold, beautiful, and seasonal wedding palette with amazing florals from Fosters Flower Shop. One of my favorite moments was the freak rainstorm that happened after the ceremony. I threw my arms around her while Peter ran to us with umbrellas and scooped up her MASSIVE and gorgeous veil and dashed under the tent.
Nichole did such an amazing job of being fully present during her wedding day and being the bride and not the planner. All through the day she would pause and start crying and say, “I am so happy, I am finally the bride, I love this!” So beautiful.
