There are few places as timeless and romantic as Conestoga House in Lancaster, PA, and Veronica and Jared’s summer engagement session there was nothing short of magical. This historic estate is the perfect backdrop for engagement portraits—offering elegant architecture, immaculately manicured gardens, and endless charm. Every corner of the property feels like it belongs on a postcard, especially in the summer months when the flowers are in full bloom and the greenery is at its peak.
One of the things I love about Conestoga House engagement sessions is the variety of settings. Veronica, Jared, and I strolled the entire property—laughing, exploring, and taking in the romantic atmosphere of the gardens. From stone archways to sprawling lawns surrounded by vibrant blooms, every space gave us another beautiful opportunity for portraits.
Because the property is private, couples need to obtain a permit and schedule time with the staff in advance. It’s well worth the extra step—this location offers an exclusive, serene setting that truly elevates your Lancaster engagement photos.
I can’t wait for Veronica and Jared’s wedding next year, but for now, I adore how their engagement session captured their joy, love, and excitement for what’s ahead.
